- Kindly note airport transfer service shall be reserved at least 24 hours in advance before check-in or check-out date.
- One car can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.

Payment policy
- A full amount of entire stay is required upon booking and it's nonrefundable.
- In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation policy
- No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
- No cancellation or amendment will be permitted once booking is confirmed. A full payment is required at the time of the booking.
