Payment Policy
A full amount of the entire stay is required upon the booking made and it's nonrefundable.
In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation policy
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
No cancellation or amendment will be permitted once booking is confirmed. 100% of accommodation charge will be applied at time of booking.
